@Austronesier: The editor Firejore appears to think he did create it - or perhaps created a different non-notable article, who knows? Delete. Tanjungpinang is not a global city for the purposes of securing the "inherent" notability of its local politicians under WP:NPOL #2, and the article is not referenced anywhere near well enough to make him a special case. Wikipedia is not about subjective personal opinions of what people "deserve": our job is to keep articles about people who objectively pass our notability criteria, and not keep articles about people who don't. Delete no one "deserves an article". We create articles on people because they meet notability guidelines, not because they are deserving. A member of some city board is almost never notable. Comment Firejore is a confirmed sockpuppet of another account. The actual creator here may also be a sockpuppet.
