Entirely nonexistent museum. Website hasn't been updated in years. Listing for deletion in tandem with Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Lee Shi-min (2nd nomination), an article apparently created by the same group of sockpuppets for promotional purposes. Can find no evidence that their "major collaborating organisation" exists, nor their award-winning artists, nor their supposed "prominent exhibits". A hoax.
