Mythical species erasure theory

Unsourced WP:FRINGE theory, created by a writer without a Wikipedia article about him and sourced only to his own writings, about cynocephaly. No reliable source coverage discusses this as a thing, as far as I can tell. I'd love to speedy it, but I'm not sure what criterion it fits. It's still a delete no matter what.
