The subject of the article is an Assistant Secretary in the Department of Commerce. She appears to have received only passing mentions in the major press. Delete While the 5 under secretaries are probably all notable, Nikakhatar is one of 3 assistant secretaries under one of those 5 under secretaries, that is a step too far for default notability, and nothing else here shows notability.John Pack Lambert (talk) 05:56, 21 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
