In case, this is confusing to any editor (it was to me), I closed this AFD with a "Delete" closure and then an article about a different person with the same name was moved to this page title. Then THAT article was nominated for deletion. So, this AFD was closed properly and there is a third AFD about a subject with this name that was just started today. Liz ^{Read! • Delete. Fails WP:GNG. Evaluation showed that one of the source is a blog, cuttingchai.com and this fails reliability. Two other sources simply have reference about the subject, belittling the politicians on the anniversary of attack on Indian Parliament. That's about it.
