Delete I consider court transcripts a possibly RS depending on what they say, but these are indictments, not convictions. The information in them is unproven, unless further information can be found.
Delete Calling someone a criminal without evidence that they have been convicted of a crime is an egregious BLP violation. Court transcripts may be a RS that something is true, but they are not a RS that something is notable, or half my high school graduating class would pass WP:BIO. --Charlene04:58, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
