The article(s) are just specific variations of the same model of mobile. Also the content presented in this article is almost the same as it was in Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) (Dup detector comparison). Comment: All these pages are about same product "Samsung J series" models, and were created by same user with slightly different titles.
