KEEP San Bernardino is actually well known, it is the anchor of the 13th largest metropolitan area in the United States, larger than San Diego Melanie. Can the article be expanded upon? Yes. This article was created with a seeming promotional tone for the incumbent's re-election more than a year and a half in the future. Comment to expand on my recommendation to redirect. (I lean more toward Delete, but redirects are cheap.) This article contains no references and no information, except the name of the incumbent (three times, just so you don't miss it) and the fact that he is eligible to run for a second term. That's it; that's all there is to say. He hasn't even announced if he will run again. If you Google search for this election, this Wikipedia article is literally the only thing you find; the 2017 election mayoral election in San Bernardino has no other presence anywhere at this time, not even on the city's web page. So there's nothing to expand it with even if we wanted to. BTW, notice that no previous mayoral election in San Bernardino has an article here. There's a good reason for that: the 2013 election got only routine local coverage[1] and that's likely to be the case for the 2017 election as well.
