The result was draftify. Even the lone keep !voter acknowledges the need for a complete re-write, and, conversely, two of the two delete !voters suggest the development of a legitimate article with this title is possible (and the other two, while they make no specific comment on the question, take issue with the current content of the article, rather than with the notability of this subject, or with the suitability of the subject for a Wikipedia article. Delete current article as it is appears to be personal opinion and we shouldn't keep it around hoping someone will fix it. No opposition to a new article on the topic that is encyclopedic and referenced to appropriate sources. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 17:08, 24 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Delete or draftify. Anything that starts with, There seem to be is pretty much not an encyclopedia article by definition. On the other hand, this, ahem, seems like an interesting topic, and with work, might end up being a useful article.
