The result was draftify. Even the lone keep !voter acknowledges the need for a complete re-write, and, conversely, two of the two delete !voters suggest the development of a legitimate article with this title is possible (and the other two, while they make no specific comment on the question, take issue with the current content of the article, rather than with the notability of this subject, or with the suitability of the subject for a Wikipedia article.
