This is effectively an unreferenced WP:BLP; while it does cite a significant number of "references", every single one of them is a bare URL that links to a dead or nonexistent page, which means that the article's content is currently unverifiable until someone can find new ones. As always, I'm willing to withdraw this nomination if somebody can salvage it with updated and properly formatted referencing, but it's distinctly not properly referenced in its current form. Delete if referencing hasn't been repaired by close; while he's presumably notable enough to be kept if the article is referenced properly, we can't keep articles that nobody's prepared to work on maintaining or cleaning up.
