• Delete. I would say merge, but there doesn't seem to be anything here worth merging. Dorms are generally non-notable, so delete unless someone provides evidence to the contrary. • Delete There is no content here worth merging. Fails to show multiple independent and reliable sources with substantial coverage of the building. There is a "residences" section in the article University of Pennsylvania. Basic (documented) facts could be added to the bare listing there, such as age, number of residents, special programs.
