Music fest of which the world at large took no notice. The only references are the Facebook pages of promoters of the event. Searches of the usual types, as well as of eight regional newspapers, found a single brief mention of the "what's on this weekend" variety.[1] I PROD'ed it, but the PROD was removed by an IP with the explanation that the festival is emerging.
