• Keep The fact that a company closes (or is split) is really no reason to delete the article (WP:NTEMP). This article can cover the history of the company from 2003-2011 and the split versions (presuming they are notable) can cover 2011 on. Qrsdogg (talk) 17:46, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
