Has not been the subject of multiple independent sources. Every college has an alumni association. There is no demonstration here that Texas Tech's is notable. • I basically agree with you, and also note that most of the content of this article seems to be a duplication of material at Texas Tech University or Texas Tech University traditions. However, the short section about Facilities contains three sentences of worthwhile content about the association and its (apparently historical) building that could fit appropriately in the main article (probably as part of the discussion of the alumni association at Texas Tech University#Notable people), so: Merge to Texas Tech University. --Arxiloxos (talk) 23:13, 13 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keep The TTAA is one of the largest alumni associations in the United States. More information should be added about the organization's history as it was responsible for the university's name change to Texas Tech University instead of Texas State University. An issue that took over a decade to settle with opposition from the Texas Governor, legislature, Board of Directors, faculty and students. RedRaider04 (talk) 19:06, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
