• Keep or Redirect - It does seem like a big enough meme to have a Wikipedia Page and the women who filmed it is a minor public figure having appeared on Democracy Now and been a conference speaker and is a regional regional community organizer (please note in this last link there are multiple photos of her leading fairly sizable protests over different causes).
