The result was redirected to United States House of Representatives elections in Pennsylvania, 2008#District 8. I would suggest that interested editors revisit this issue post-election to determine whether the provided sourcing indicates sufficiently notability for a standalone article, but should not be restored prior to that without the emergence of significant new sourcing.
