Individual schools or departments are rarely notable, and this one is no exception. I've already removed some academic spam from the article, but the sourcing reveals that this is not notable by our standards--the only secondary sourcing is from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and it's run of the mill news of the kind that a local paper would be expected to report.
