Speedy Keep - In neither of the nom's two sentences are there any proper rationale for deletion of this article. The claim "Unremarkable building" is not backed by any deletion rationale and a previous owner being in the nom's opinion "unremarkable" is completely irrelevant to notability. The The Columbus Dispatch and the American Institute of Architects sources satisfy WP:GNG. Additionally it's part of the National Register of Historic Places. [1]. And S.
