Small town Louisiana mayor who doesn't meet WP:NPOL. Sources used (which are a memorial on a funeral home's website, his federal death records through ancestry.com, and an unlinked local newspaper article about him being elected mayor) fail to establish WP:GNG and a further search did not turn up anything to help establish notability.
