The result was WITHDRAW. This is such a borderline case, I hated bringing it here but felt obligated. A source or two has popped up and it seems obvious there is a very week case for it to be kept, but that's ok. Rather than drag it out, I will withdraw. The guy sounds like a hoot, but that isn't the criteria. The only real notable thing is being inducted into the Minnesota Music Hall of Fame, and I'm not convinced that is significant enough, by itself, to pass the criteria for inclusion.
