Micronations articles that show up on wikipedia are rarely notable, this one doesn't even claim any land. Most of these articles receive a bit of media attention at first, as a curiosity rather than real news, and then fade away. I'm not seeing anything here that sets this one apart. This topic has received a bit of media attention but is it enough to establish notability? Is this something that will simply fade from anyone's interest, including the promoters, shortly.
