Comment Certainly the article has problems. It does state that Zahoor Elahi was elected to the National Assembly in 1962. A book reference [1] describes him as a "seasoned parliamentarian". [2] mentions that he was declared a "prisoner of conscience" by Amnesty International. He was the victim of an assassination. I can't square this with what the nominator says about the guidelines.
