Not notable. Just like the article on one of the founders, Victor Wang (Angel Investor) (afd), created by the same SPA, there is a lack of coverage in independent reliable sources. A look at the current sourcing: TechNode, tech blog with rehash of a routine press release; crunchbase, database listings; zh.wikipedia.org, openly collaborative wiki encyclopedia, not a reliable source; Baidu Baike, openly collaborative wiki encyclopedia, not a reliable source; Bloomberg, about another company, doesn't mention ZhenFund; Forbes Magazine, about another company, doesn't mention ZhenFund; PRNewswire, enough said; ZhenFund, not independent.
