Already has a bot flag (Y/N): Used to have a flag, but no longer does. [1]

Function Details: User:Janna had the bot flag until recently. The flag was removed because the bot hadn't made any edits in a long time. [2] I didn't object to this because I don't intend to use the bot to edit. However, what I didn't realize was that removal of this flag has caused loss of the "apihighlimits" privilege (see [3]). I'm asking for the bot flag back solely so I can continue to utilize the higher API limits.
