Nominator's rationale: Eponymous category for a topic without the volume of spinoff content needed to justify an eponymous category. As always, everything that exists does not automatically get its own category to contain itself -- but the only other thing here is a list of the metro stations, and every single station in that list is just a redirect back to the eponym rather than a standalone article — which in turn means that even the list is of dubious necessity, with no clear reason why it needs be a separate article instead of just being a subsection in the eponym. Nominator's rationale: I am concerned this category is too broad to be useful. "Mixed traffic locomotives" refers to locomotives that can pull both passenger trains and freight trains. The issue is, that means almost every locomotive ever built! There's over 300 models of locomotives in the category already. I believe it is so broad as to fail to serve any useful purpose. An alternative would be to split the category by type of locomotive (mixed traffic steam locomotives, mixed traffic diesel locomotives, mixed traffic electric locomotives, etc).
