Having the key before the list looks awful. It is huge, ugly, irrelevant for a lot of people viewing the article and distracting from the actual information. When I complained about a similar issue with football stats, someone put it off to the right and I thought that that was a great idea. If you can align it better, then fine, but I hate every single one of these cookie cutter copies of feature lists that highlights HOW we are telling the reader the information over the actual information. The Key had it's own section heading, FFS. If you don't like it on the right, move it to the end, make it smaller, use inline notes or whatever, but it is a blight on the lists to have the Key in such a prominent position.
