Move to Commons and Rename - Again, this is another photograph of the Living Enrichment Center, and a similar image of the same location can be found here. ----DanTD (talk) 14:33, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The linked image seems to be a re-upload, and only one is required. Agree with move, rename, and delete local copy. Rodhullandemu 00:30, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Move to Commons and Rename - I've noticed a pattern with some of these photos. This one is one of many of the former Living Enrichment Center. I'm currently in the process of fixing them now, and I'm going to rename this one. ----DanTD (talk) 14:19, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
per comment above. Rodhullandemu 00:31, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Question Doesn't adding categories to orphan images tend to remove them from the orphan list? I've often added categories to people's images(including my own), and found the orphan tags no longer exist on file uploads of users. ----DanTD (talk) 12:44, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Comment - Judging by the initials, and the pattern of the editor/photographer, this and "Vb130" seem to be two of many photographs of Visakhapatnam, in India. ----DanTD (talk) 05:02, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
