The image fails WP:NFCC#8 since this does not significantly increase or assist the reader in better understanding of any content about the album, and nor is it being discussed. It also fails WP:NFCC#3a since it is significantly not different from the actual cover art present in the album article. 122.50.232.27 (talk) 15:17, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
The result of the discussion was: There's no consensus to delete or reduce the resolution of the image. Diannaa (talk) 18:13, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
This image is non free obviously, but the image has a higher resolution. I putted a non free reduce template on the file page. The edit was reverted by the uploader and argued "per rationale, reducing this will make text on the image unreadable; this is still not full size to start". A non free file should be reduced into a smaller size, whether being able to see the text, or not, and if the user rejects it, there's no use for the file to exist.
