According to the uploader, this file was created from putting together clip art from Microsoft's clip art gallery. Microsoft clip art is not freely available under an acceptable free license, nor is it released into the public domain. Thus, this is a non-free derivative work of Microsoft intellectual property, and it can't be released into the public domain by the uploader. It should be deleted per WP:COPYVIO. Fails WP:NFCC#8. Stefan2 (talk) 18:35, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
" §8: Contextual significance. Non-free content is used only if its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the article topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding."
As I wrote in the description page, the purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) is "In order to distinguish the layout, the fonts, the arrangement of the fifth instalment of Biblia Hebraica". The differences between the different editions of the Biblia Hebraica series solely exist within matters of layout, typesetting, fonts, notation, different implementation of the apparatus, so in terms of WP:NFCC#8 it increases the readers understanding for the motivation and need for new editions. The other two editions of Biblia Hebraica consistently have the info box and the sample page below (deleting this particular file seems dubious to me). If this file is freely available and underlines the purpose of the article (which it undoubtedly does) ...why delete it? Wuschelkopf (talk) 21:13, 17 June 2015 (UTC)
