I've added ((OTRS pending|year=2016|month=June|day=24)) to the file per this. Closer of this discussion can do as they wish. If it is delete, fine. If it is keep hoping for OTRS, fine, and if the uploader does not send in the OTRS after a reasonable time, I will just delete the image as a copyvio without further discussion and they can reupload another with permission. Obviously, the cover is questionable to some people in particular, but yes, it is copyrightable. It is the artwork you get, when you purchase a copy of the song. Beatport displayed this picture as the cover art for the track. Spotify did so as well. These big names would not display false artwork for a single by a big name like Steve Angello. The single's cover may not seem copyrightable because it looks like a picture that some Soundcloud user uploaded to his song; that's how simple, how plain it is. But it is copyrightable, and definitely accurate. There is some citation; some references beside Beatport^[1] and Spotify^[2] here to prove what I am saying is true. Check them out, and do not delete the picture. Thank you.

The following images (mainly of Indian film actors) are all claimed as "own work" by the uploader. However, the metadata shows that he must have used at least 6 different models of digital camera - at the very least we need an explanation for this.

• Delete all except maybe a personal photo(s) if there's reasonable user page use for it/them. We've had this discussion last year, Wikipedia:Possibly_unfree_files/2015_October_29#File:Shankaractor.jpg is one that is illuminating on the age that this person would have had to be to have taken some of these photographs. • Hi Kelly, I am an actor as well as assistant director working in Indian films and I am associated with many film industry people, photographers etc. As far as several digital camera doubt is concerned, I use their camera to take some pictures (shooting locations, press meets etc ) and get my copy from them. As I said over on Commons, I uploaded this 6 years ago, and have absolutely no memory of it prevenance. It doesn't seem to be on the listed source any more. I'll take a look around and see what I can find - It may well not be in the public domain, in which case before it's deleted I'd like to opportunity to convert it into a non-free file, since there don;t see to be many Iif any) other images of Abercrombie available. OK, I've done a pretty thorough search, and (1) I cannot find an original source for this image, and (2) I cannot find any information of its provenance, so I have converted it to a non-free file while I continue to try to figure out where it came from. Neither the NYPL, LOC or Museum of City of New York have the image, and A&F website has no history of the company (understandable, since someone simply bought the name). I think I'll next head over to Google Books and see if I find anything there. In the meantime, the Commons image should be deleted, which I will say over there.
