Non-free image being used in the list article, List of tallest buildings in Tysons, Virginia failing WP:NFCC#1. The stated purpose is to support that this proposed building is the "[t]allest proposed building in Tysons, Virgnia". However, that is adequately asserted and understood with text alone. - It could be that a different fair-use reason would be more appropriate. The image I uploaded has been used in several news articles such as here, here, and here. I presume the images are available under some sort of free use license based on these group's use of the image. If there is not an acceptable free use reason for the image then I would suggest removing the entire "Image" column from the proposed list as there is not likely to be any acceptable images for any of the project. --StuffOfInterest (talk) 20:50, 9 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
- WP:NFTABLE is pretty clear - non-free content doesn't belong in tables. There's no discussion of the image so it clearly fails WP:NFCC#8/ Ytoyoda (talk) 13:31, 10 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Image is being claimed as CC-BY-4.0 based on the copyright statement for the Queensland Government web site. Key to this is the phrase "Unless otherwise noted' in the licensing statement. The source link is a direct link to the image. I found it referenced from this page which has a note of CC-BY-ND at the bottom of the page.
