(Screenshot of a video game) That the player taps the touchscreen to move the character is an aspect that can be adequately described in prose without fair use visualization, if it need be explained at all. I had previously removed the image as lacking contextual significance (WP:NFCC#8) but was reverted. The book this image came from was published in 1923 ([1]). In order for it to be public domain in the United States, it must have been published before 1923. Unless there's evidence that this drawing was first published earlier, it's not public domain and should be deleted. Additionally, there doesn't appear to be a case for fair use, since there are other suitable images on the False Face Society article that are free to use.

It's worth noting that the caption states the drawing was based on a photograph, which could be public domain depending on when it was taken. clpo13_(talk) 17:40, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
