Fails NFCC#1, non-replaceability, as the figure is living. In such cases, the precedent is to delete the image even if no free image is currently available, because of the "or could be created" requirement: a free image could be contacted by getting the photographer to donate the image or contacting the figure's agent or getting them to take a selfie etc. — Bilorv (talk) 16:34, 28 April 2021 (UTC)

This is a fair use/unfree recording, but the article that it's used in (The Maid of Amsterdam) says that Amsterdam was composed "c. 1600". This is most likely replaceable with a free equivalent. Additionally, https://www.fresnostate.edu/folklore/ballads/Doe058.html says Can't You Dance the Polka dates from c. 1882. Again, most likely replaceable. Usage in Pacific Air Lines Flight 773 may fail WP:NFCC#8. Tragic event and the whole airliner already understood without the perpetrator image, which doesn't affect the understanding of the airliner's fate. Usage in Utah prisoner of war massacre not compliant with WP:NFCC#8. Massacre was already tragic enough, and this perpetrator image wouldn't make any difference to the article, regardless of the image's fate.
