Origin of this photo (supposedly a mugshot) is unclear. If it was taken by the US federal government, it's public domain. The source page does not say who made the photo. Wikiacc (¶) 00:39, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

• Both this Fort Worth Star-Telegram article and this NY Times article credit the US Marshals Service for the collage of images. It is not clear where the US Marshals got the individual source images from. At least one of the collage images looks like a selfie. I have asked if it is possible to merge the two files and there doesn't seem to be an answer. The flag is copyrighted by the government of Singapore.
