Non-free image of (known) living person, completely disallowed by NFCC#1 Masem (t) 01:50, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
Yep, given that she's now confirmed to be definitely alive, this image should be taken down. --LivelyRatification (talk) 01:53, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

The use of the image no longer complies with the use rationale given: "The image contributes significantly to the article as it is being used to identify and illustrate the subject of the article, Melanie Pearson, in the character infobox and holds no decorative purpose." The image is now decorative and should either be deleted, or returned to the infobox and the new image deleted. Adam Black GB (talk) 04:12, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Do we really need this low-resolution picture? Can't it simply be replaced by one of the images in c:Category:George Washington (Gilbert Stuart - Metropolitan Museum of Art)? Stefan2 (talk) 13:21, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Derivative work of copyrighted packaging. Could probably qualify for fair use, though. Ixfd64 (talk) 17:51, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Packaging is likely copyrighted. Image is blurry and not used anywhere. Ixfd64 (talk) 17:59, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Probably a copyright violation. Because content on Wikipedia is available under a share-alike license, the uploader cannot release derivative works under CC0. We can't simply change the license on this file because "viral" licenses are not automatic. Image is not used anywhere. Ixfd64 (talk) 18:04, 3 November 2021 (UTC)

Complex logo, no evidence uploader is the copyright holder. Logo is not used anywhere. Ixfd64 (talk) 18:05, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
