File:Patch of the Original Red Devils MC.png (delete | talk | history | links | logs) – uploaded by CanadianHistorian(MMA & History) (notify | contribs | uploads | upload log).

Non-free use in Original Red Devils Motorcycle Club#History fails WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8. There is already a non-free image of the club's logo being used in the main infobox of the article for primary identification purposes so another non-free image of the same isn't really needed for that purpose per WP:NFC#Number of items. In addition, this particular photo itself isn't the subject of any sourced critical commentary per WP:NFC#CS and there is also no sourced critical commentary related to "the differences in patches between this and an active Club" or anything else about the patch itself that would require that the reader see this particular photo to be understood, which basically makes the use primarily WP:DECORATIVE; so, omitting this photo is not really going to be detrimental to the reader's understanding of the article in a significant way. -- Marchjuly (talk) 04:50, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

WP:DECORATIVE non-free use in Bacchus Motorcycle Club#Insignia which fails WP:NFCC##a and WP:NFCC#8. There is already a non-free logo for the club being used in the main infobox for primary identification purposes; so, another non-free isn't need for that reason. In addition, the patch itself isn't the subject of any sourced critical commentary to justify its use per WP:NFC#CS; there is a single sentence about the patch, but it's unsourced and nothing that requires the reader see this particular photo to be understood. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:08, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete if you guys want it's gunna happen eitherway I'd think. As there probably isn't any possible way that Wikipedia could allow that image. It is trademarked. I stated that it was indeed important to the clubs combined history and Canadas motorcycle community as a whole. But if you believe it's not necessary on Wikipedia you'd probably know better then I would. I had seen that some people had already made some changes to it I wonder what was.CanadianHistorian(MMA & History) (talk) 05:21, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Copyrighted map, can't be fair use and "own work" at the same time. Also, consensus in Wikipedia talk:Non-free content archives is that maps generally don't qualify for fair use. Ixfd64 (talk) 19:03, 2 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Delete; no adequate claim to fair use, and functionally useless given resolution. Kablammo (talk) 15:35, 3 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
