  @Buffs: we have no clue as to when this logo was created, and you have not provided any. For all we know, the logo could have been created in 2000 or later. We do not know if it is the 1967 logo if there was even a logo at the time; it is also possible the file is not the first logo, but a new one created later.

  If it were copyrighted at its creation in the US, it would have to have a registered copyright. I cannot find one in the online records. Again, copyright is not just assumed by the precautionary principle. The photo in question in the video is from the mid-1970s, not "recent" (for the record, I do not support this organization in any way...my comments are strictly regarding the copyright of the image in question).
