The result of the discussion was: Not actionable. Open for almost two weeks without comments. Given that this topic was previously discussed at MCQ without any meaningful conclusions, the default is to keep the status quo. -FASTILY 05:03, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I replaced the JPEG version of the side-A portion of the US single with this PNG version. I asked at WP:MCQ about a month ago whether the logo of the Cleveland International Records logo is non-free. One said it's nothing more than a wordmark at least on that label, but also said that one of Epic Records is almost borderline. However, File:Epic Records 1970s.png has already been on Commons, and many other 1970s Epic vinyl labels using that Epic logo but not using the Cleveland logo, like File:Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground) by The Jacksons US vinyl A-side.png, have lacked original authorship IMO.

If you want my opinion on the Cleveland logo itself, the logo is hard to tell just by looking at it. The L's, the V, and the "A" curve straight horizontally. There are also outer and inner borders. I don't know whether it's close to US's TOO. However, if it is ineligible for copyright, hopefully, then this side-A label portion should be transferred to Commons. Otherwise, the portion shall remain as non-free but NFCC-compliant. George Ho (talk) 06:21, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If using more than one cover exceeds "minimal number of items", then let's keep one and delete the other. Preferably, the remix cover featuring both Bieber and Usher provides more context than the other, so it should be the sole lead image. Unsure which image should be kept by default if no consensus on which image to choose; more likely the Bieber-only release cover unless I stand corrected. I fail to see how this is fair use by our WP:NFCC criteria. #8 states - "to serve as the primary means of visual identification at the top of the article dedicated to the work in question", which isn't true. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 14:11, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
