Keep, multiple television episode articles use some type of screenshot from the episode in WP:Fair Use mainly to identify and provide some type of graphical representation of the episode. This particular media has been qualified as fair use for over 7 years, so claim of "unacceptable non-free media" is untrue. Delete - what the uploader said can be reflected at WP:OTHERIMAGE and WP:ITSFAIRUSE. Also, being used in Billboard is no excuse for potential NFCC violation. The image displays just two characters doing something that would be described by caption. I fail to see why the image itself is contextually significant to the whole episode and why deleting the image would harm the understanding of the episode. The article doesn't display the significance (in text) of what the screenshot depicts. Well, I guess this image is no different from other screenshots that have been deleted. This is a specific logo of the football club, being used in a general article about the multi-sports club East Bengal Club (which has its own logo on this article). There is discussion about splitting the football club content into a separate article, in which case this logo would be valid there, however until that point, this image is inappropriate in a general article about the sports club. What copyright infringement? The logo is still owned by FIBA regardless where you find the image, and all non-free logos can be freely uploaded as long as they are in low-enough resolution, copyrighted or not. The vertical version with transparent background should always be preferred, and not the version that suits FIBA website. The official logo is vertical. Comment there's no 3 different versions of the logo uploaded at that location- can people stop uploading new, different versions? The image at the top of FIBA page is not the only "official" version, its just one of the official versions which best suits THEIR website (with dark background, instead of transparent). At the picture, you can literally see that both the vertical and horizontal official logos are used at the venue itself (click). If you can find some media guide or whatever in PDF for that event, the vertical transparent version would be used as always. Now check 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup and its official website, and you will see exactly what I'm talking about, FIBA again used horizontal version because of their page design, but the Wikipedia infobox uses "normal" vertical version without dark background. We should keep the first version uploaded, as non-free files don't need to be from the official source. If the logo on the other site is used to identify the event, that's also fair use. Assuming this was shown in a movie in 1940, then in the best case scenario (anonymous publication) PD-anon-70-EU means that this was PD in Germany on 2011.
