This appears to be the first logo/title card of TV Patrol, circa 1987. There is no evidence that it is under free/commercial CC license, so this file is a violation of copyright and licensing. Also, even if it is changed into a minimal fair use file, its use appears to be décorative in the article. This logo was originally uploaded as non-free, but someone changed the licensing to ((PD-textlogo)). However, I believe it is above the threshold of originality as the rose and thorns aren't exactly "simple geometric shapes." Furthermore, this file is in use on two articles, so any eligibility for fair use will have to be decided on a per-article basis. Ixfd64 (talk) 18:19, 14 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

• Revert to non-free - the rose and thorn are most certainly not simple shapes. Revert to this version which has a proper NFUR for use in Tudeh Party of Iran. The other use is in a list article and would not qualify for use as non-free. -- Whpq (talk) 17:37, 20 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
