Several pages created about non-notable musicians. User inactive since 2010. Legacypac (talk) 06:13, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

BTW combining listings is a massive pain in MfD, Between copying over the titles and redirecting the discussion pages, using multiple tabs, then removing the extra listings on the MfD board. Spare me. Legacypac (talk) 07:15, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
That sounds unfortunate. Perhaps help from WP:TWINKLE? Did you TWINKLE the several pages separately? Perhaps TWINKLE the first, then just add the rest, especially if they are belonging to the one user? --SmokeyJoe (talk) 07:28, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
CfDers routinely tag many categories in one listing. Might be good to ask one of them. User:Good Olfactory? User:BrownHairedGirl? --SmokeyJoe (talk) 07:30, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
AFAIK, Twinkle does each of its tasks for only one page at a time. There's no magic trick for mass CFD listings, such as my recent nomination of 2 options for renaming each of over 200 categories at 2016 February 10#Media_by_country. It's all manual, tho for bigger nominations like that I use a text editor with regex to prepare the nomination, and WP:AWB to do the tagging. It's a bit of a slog if you haven't learnt regex or don't have AWB access ... but if you just need help with mass tagging, then a request at WP:BOTREQ will usually get a response within hours from a helpful bot-owner.
In this case, it's really quite simple if you just take a few minutes to follow the instructions at WP:Miscellany for deletion#How_to_list_pages_for_deletion. If I had been nominating this little set, I would have followed my technique for small-group CFD nominations, and done it like this:
  1. used Twinkle to nominate the first page
  2. edited the the MFD section to add the other pages (using ((pagelinks)) rather than just a plain link)
  3. edited each of the other pages to add at the top ((mfd|User:Airship-Knight/The Ranger))
With a little practice, that's maybe 2 minutes work in all. But like most en.wp processes, there is a little learning curve.
Hope this helps! --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 10:43, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
MFD instructions are terrible but Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Front matter there is an option for group nominations so it would have just required ((mfd|User:Airship-Knight/The Ranger)) on each page with a list of the pages here. I find it easier to list the pages (copying the subpages links when you click on contributions helps) and then just adding the MFD notice. AWB is also helpful. Contact me if you need help next time, Legacypac. - Ricky81682 (talk) 20:43, 18 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
