This previously deleted article was userfied per DavidStarIsrael7's request at this DRV. However, that user is now blocked for sockpuppetry (including at the DRV in question) and so it is unlikely that it will ever be worked on. There was a clear consensus at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rodrigo Silva that the subject is not notable. Maintaining this promotional pseudo-article on a fringe creationist is not a good use of Wikipedia's web space. – Joe (talk) 06:43, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
