Stale draft that looks pretty promotional for a book. Legacypac (talk) 23:29, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Service-Ability is a framework intended to assist senior management to reorientate their organisations to become more customer focussed. It draws on existing and widely understood knowledge in the literature about leadership, strategy, organisational design and human resource management. indeed it is also a book, published by Wiley of New York and on sale internationally since 2012, which has been, and continues to be, an integral part of a a number of successful customer service interventions. I suggest, therefore, it is a valid entry for inclusion in Wikipedia. 92.40.249.246 (talk) 15:39, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
