- Blank and replace with ((Userpage blanked)) - Notability guidelines are irrelevant for drafts, which are not deleted for lack of notability (this would defeat the purpose of drafts entirely). Not sure what "declined" means; this draft does not appear to have ever been submitted to AfC. It would have been better to not occupy MfD and admin time with an MfD nom. - A G11 was declined, as seen in the history. No one is forcing any editor or any admin to participate in this venue, so wasting time is not a valid argument. This came from the stale draft project, which has wide support. If not deleted here, it is going to mainspace as presumably notable. Leaving it as a stale draft forever helps no one.
