This userbox was originally listed at TFD and was closed early due to this being listed in the wrong venue. Original nomination is as follows:

Keep. Considering the way this user template is being used, I believe its intended purpose is to be humorous. This template appears to be poking fun at the Kansas evolution hearings from a few years ago, and as long as it stays in project areas and doesn't wander into actual encyclopedic areas, then all should be well.
