The result of the discussion was: withdrawn/resolved. I have carried out the consensus-based resolution at Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2012 August 26#Template:US states and territories by moving this page to Wikipedia:WikiProject United States/map. This purpose of this page seems to be a template: It is a map of the United States with links built into the state's 2-letter abbreviations. However, this page is not transcluded anywhere, and has only three incoming links. I suspect that this page may have been superseded by another template or page, but if that page or template exists, I am unable to find it right now.
