The result of the debate was Delete - early close, this had only one day of edits by one editor who did little more than create a shell, creation was in September of 2007. John, considering I'm usually the one supporting keeping a marginally active project, I'd say that you can delete on sight stuff this undeveloped if it's been around long enough; a year is certainly long enough, the founder has had plenty of time to get back to work on this. Project was created in September, with no substantial edits of any kind in the interim. Project has no listed members, and relates to a subject already covered in general by other projects. Creator of the project is being notified of this discussion.
