    • Sorry, but this is really waste of time.
      1. universe-people.com has the same owner as vesmirni-lide.cz, and is listed on the English website as a Czech version (and vice versa). It's likely that for most legal purposes Universe People are represented by Benda.
      2. If you look at the image carefully, you'll notice "serial number" in lower left corner. Than, if you go at the universe-people.com website and endure the "intro", they advertise "More than 3000 pictures".           • No, this image fails to meet the Fair Use criteria as it is a disputable representation of Asthar Sheran and the article is not about Asthar Sheran it is about Universe People. If you believe the subject of "Asthar Sheran" has sufficient reliable sources, you are free to make an article about it.             • Benda's contact with Ashtar and messages he receives is fundamental for the movement. It is not "disputable representation" - if we take U.P. as a religion, than the image can be considered an authoritative depiction of it's "central deity" recorded by the "selected prophet". Second independet reason is these images are frequently used in U.P. promotional materials and illustrate well that promotion, which is important part of U.P. activity
            • As for your suggestion, searching Wikipedia first would reveal Ashtar (extraterrestrial being) already has an article. I don't think the image would fit there, because the original Ashtar movement most likely doesn't recognize Benda and would consider his images heretical. (But linking both articles is a good idea).

              • It was not clear to me that Asthar and Ashtar was the same thing (there have been several variations in the sources), I expect this was a typo (or transliteration problem?) in the original image upload. There is no authoritative current single "Ashtar movement" and I have previously suggested U.P. might be added to the Ashtar (extraterrestrial being) article, see the talk page.
