Not a free use image 64.229.177.187 (talk) 00:33, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is too. It is campaign material. It also has no copyright listed anywhere on the website. I carefully checked.--Die4Dixie (talk) 01:10, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That is not sufficient to make it free. The copyright needs to have expired (which obviously isn't the case) or it needs to be explicitly released under free terms, which it doesn't appear to be. Steve Smith (talk) 01:53, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It is not copyrighted. I have checked carefully. It has been releasd to the masses for their public consumption.--Die4Dixie (talk) 01:58, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can't see any reason to believe the image is older than 100 years rather than a more modern artistic view. The same image appears here but with a copyright claim in the bottom left hand corner 82.7.40.7 (talk) 09:34, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
