The uploader of the image seems to be notorious for uploading copyrighted material while claiming copyright to the work. This brings doubts that this user holds the copyright to this image. — ξ ^xplicit 05:36, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, this looks like a very slightly modified version of a photo found on a site called Blastro.[1] That site has pretty strict and hard-to-misinterpret terms.[2] I think this could have been speedied. --LarryGilbert (talk) 17:22, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The source is very strange. It quotes two different flickr accounts and none of them has an image that seems to be related from July 2006. And the image itself looks like it's taken from TV. But then i might be wrong. Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 07:18, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
